While the overall experience was enjoyable, I felt disappointed by the access roads that were quite rough for our rental car, making the journey to the camp much longer than expected. the limited dinner menu options, largely focused on venison and chicken, didn't cater well to diverse tastes and left little room for variety. I found desserts underwhelming compared to the quality of the mains, which didn’t meet the expectations set by the previous courses.

A bit of a trek to reach the camp, unpaved roads did challenge our vehicle. Some evenings, the dining area felt overcrowded, detracting slightly from the overall experience!

The game drives were a highlight, with our guide Ion sharing fascinating insights about the wildlife and the meaningful conservation efforts underway. The dining experience was memorable, with each meal exceeding expectations, although I did feel the dinner prices were a bit steep compared to the options on the menu.

It’s manageable but may take longer than expected, and I'd suggest taking some snacks if you’re watching your budget since the restaurant prices can add up, especially for larger groups. Waking up to bird calls and a lion's roar was surreal. Lufuno, our guide, was super passionate and taught us tons about the local wildlife. The outdoor shower was a blast, especially under the stars! Food was delicious, but the dining area felt a bit crowded at times.
